Privacy Policy

This website belongs to H2O Catering. This page explains what information the site collects and what we do with it. It's short because we collect very little.

What we collect

The only information this site collects is what you type into the event inquiry form: your name, email address, phone number if you choose to give it, event date, event type, guest count, location, preferred service, and any message you write. If you email us instead, we receive what you send.

How we use it

We use inquiry details for one purpose: to reply to you about your event and, if you go ahead, to plan and deliver your order. We don't sell or share your information with anyone for marketing, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

Where it's stored

The site is hosted on Netlify. Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify Forms and forwarded to us by email at info@h2ocatering.com, which runs on Google Workspace. Both providers process this data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers. Fonts and graphics are served from this site directly, so viewing a page doesn't send a request to any third party. The inquiry form includes a hidden field that helps filter automated spam; it collects nothing from real visitors.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and to fulfil any order you place, and for our records after that. If you'd like us to delete your details, email info@h2ocatering.com and we will.

Links

The site links to our Instagram account. Instagram has its own privacy policy, which applies once you're there.
